RATES

MINIMUM STAY 30 DAYS

1. Pre-check in payments must be made by JCB, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards in the guest's name or in the name of another guest who will occupy the unit.
2. Rental rates are subject to 11.416% Hawaii State taxes, which will be added to the rental rate quoted.
3. Maximum occupancy is limited to four (4) persons per unit.
4. This is a non-smoking unit and your reservation is made with the understanding that no smoking is permitted in the unit or on the Lanai.
5. A security deposit of $400.00 is required in order to confirm your reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as the security deposit has been received, with the understanding that any damages to the unit (including smoke damage) will be charged first to the security deposit and secondly to your credit card.
6. The first 15 days (day one to day 15 of stay) rent is due 60 days prior to check in. The second 15 days (day 16 to day 30 of stay) rent is due 30 days prior to check in. The remaining rent for the reserved period is due upon check in, or the reservation will be considered canceled.
7. Cancellations require a notice of 60 days prior to check in date for refund of security deposit, less a cancellation fee of $150.00. If a reservation is canceled within the 60-day period prior to occupancy, then rents paid will be forfeited up to a maximum of 30 days subject to re-rental of the unit. On re-rental, the forfeited rents will be refunded less any vacant days of the reserved period and a cancellation fee of $150.00.
   We do not offer Travel Insurance, however it may be beneficial to consult your travel agent regarding the availability of travel insurance that may cover any losses incurred in the event of illness or accident resulting in change of travel plans.
8. In the case of an early check out, all remaining rents will be forfeited subject to re-rental of the unit. On re-rental, rents will be refunded less any vacant days of the rented period and an early check out fee of $150.00.
9. Renter agrees to pay a cleaning charge of $65.00, plus any additional cleaning charge due to smoke damage. The unit is guaranteed to be "Cleaned and as represented", or payments will be refunded in full at check in.
